About Silvio Lavrador

Hey! I'm Silvio. I'm a little different from other realtors, and the way I do business is different, too. I'm an outside-the-box thinker, and my goal is to use my unique strategies to help my clients make smart real estate decisions. I concentrate on single & multi family home sales in Union and Essex County, specifically in the neighborhoods of Union, Maplewood, Irvington, Newark, Hillside, Linden, and Elizabeth.

Since 2015 I have closed over 85 sales, renovated and sold 15+ spec homes, and started a rental portfolio.
